Senior Odoo Implementer
PURPOSE
As a Senior Odoo Implementer, you will play a vital role in shaping the digital infrastructure of WOTN by implementing and optimizing our ERP systems. Working closely with multiple departments, your mission is to ensure that Odoo supports our operational workflows, enhances efficiency, and aligns with strategic objectives.
In the short term, the focus is on successful implementation and configuration of essential Odoo modules. Over the long term, the role contributes to process improvement, data integrity, and driving digital transformation across the company.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead full-cycle implementation of Odoo ERP modules across key departments
-Customize workflows and settings to match department-specific needs
-Collaborate with team leads to identify inefficiencies and offer practical ERP solutions
-Manage accurate data migration and ensure high standards of system integrity
-Train internal teams on system usage to support adoption and reduce resistance
-Monitor system performance, apply periodic updates, and resolve technical issues
-Build custom dashboards and reports that support operational decision-making
-Ensure ERP solutions comply with internal policies and data security protocols

Engage with ERP vendors or support partners when needed
Collaborate with technical consultants for integrations or system upgrades
PREREQUISITES
-Education & Training
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
ERP-related certifications (preferred)
-Experience
Proven experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation
Deep understanding of core Odoo modules (HR, Accounting, CRM, Projects, Inventory)
Hands-on experience with business process analysis and system design
Background working across multi-functional teams or within a complex organization

-Proficiency in system documentation and user guides
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

1-Successful implementation of ERP modules (on time, within scope)
2-Internal adoption rate and feedback from system users

5-Quality and usability of reports and dashboards delivered
