Transformation Specialist
PURPOSE
The Transformation Specialist will support the execution and long- term success of WOTN’s transformation roadmap. Acting as an internal consultant and project manager, the Specialist will drive strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery by coordinating teams and overcoming challenges.
In the short term, they will work alongside external consultants to implementchangeinitiatives.Longterm,theywillembedcontinuous improvementpracticesandhelpWOTNachieveitsgrowthobjectives as a leading event management company.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the execution of transformation initiatives by ensuring project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met across all departments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project coordination, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report progress on transformation initiatives to the executive committee, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to eliminate silos and promote efficient teamwork across offices.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution of projects, escalating critical issues when necessary.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and status reports.
• Support cultural change efforts within the organization by promoting adaptability and fostering a growth mindset among teams.
• Build a foundation for continuous improvement by creating frameworks and processes to sustain transformation efforts long-term.
The responsibilities of the position are not limited to those described, but include all those related to the same, as well as those necessary or useful and customary for the proper performance of the function.
INTERACTION
INTERNAL
Collaborate with department heads (Sales, Project Management, Studio, Corporate Development) to align on strategic goals.
Collaborate with project and initiative owners.
Report to the Chief of Staff regarding updates and alignment.

EXTERNAL
Engage with vendors and technology providers to implement tools that support transformation initiatives.
Liaise with external consultants to ensure alignment with WOTN’s goals and transfer knowledge to internal teams.
Sister companies and shared office.
PREREQUISITES
Education & Training: Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or a related field.
Master’s Degree: Preferred.
Training: Project Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, Lean Methodologies.
General Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the sector and/or similar position.
Specific knowledge or experience:
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects or providing strategic consulting services, with a focus on driving organizational growth and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Practical application of structured change management approaches to drive employee adoption, align stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of transformational initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems, complemented by expertise in leveraging technology-driven tools for project tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• A solid understanding of event management operations, trends, and challenges, with the ability to apply insights from comparable industries to enhance organizational practices and
outcomes.

• Possesses high attention to detail with exceptional planning and organizational capabilities, capable of meticulously planning transformation projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution across teams.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment showcasing brilliant resilience and adaptability skills to navigate shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and unforeseen challenges while maintaining focus on project objectives and deadlines.

01 Percentage of transformation initiatives delivered on time and within scope.
02 Feedback score from department heads, internal teams and external consultants on

03 Rate at which teams adopt new tools, technologies, or processes introduced as part
of the transformation.
04 Percentage adherence to budgetary allocations for transformation initiatives.
